Salesman Brian McCaffity was the most friendly salesman I ever met. Like an old friend from the moment I arrived. I used service department today. Nothing wrong with car. I just wanted to get door locks adjusted from normal setting so they would not unlock when car was shifted to park. Service Manager was able to get this done for me very quickly and at no cost to me. He gave her snacks and offered for her to watch cartoons. He also made sure not only that I was satisfied with my new car, but her as well. I would definitely recommend this dealership and this sales associate. All of the staff have been very welcoming. When I bought my first car and came back in to have maintenance (oil changes) done Kirk greeted me and made sure things were going smoothly for me. That says a lot to me about the thorough service these guys give. I didn't feel like a "sale" the service was just as welcoming even after I already bought my car. This was one of the main reasons I returned for a second vehicle. More
