Our experience that visit was bittersweet in it would be just one month before the passing of my mother but the beginning of a tradition. My son needed a new vehicle and had his heart set on another car that was not for him. Joe did not try to change his mind. He asked him what he was looking for and told him that his selection sounded like a Sonata or a Genesis. The Genesis was ideal. He took the time with my son and listened. He made recommendations but did not attempt a "hard sell." Needless to say I have a smiling boy now who drove his new car off of the lot that day. 2014 Hyundai Lease- John & Rose Towell Our recent experience with GATEWAY HYUNDAI was excellent in every aspect! I went online & chose the Sonata that I liked the best, Kim promptly called Our recent experience with GATEWAY HYUNDAI was excellent in every aspect! I went online & chose the Sonata that I liked the best, Kim promptly called me & answered all my questions , she is very knowledgeable & FRIENDLY!! We set up an appt. to test drive the car on our way to a family vacation in Williamsburg. I LOVED IT!! And Kim made it possible for us to complete the necessary paperwork so all we had to do was turn in our current car from it's lease & pick up the new one on our way back home!!! Charlotte was our sales person once we arrived at the dealership, & she too was fantastic in every way! Friendly, outgoing & eager to help us however possible! UNEXPECTED PURCHASE The 4th of July flyer brought us in to see what we could possibly get for our 2011 Hyundai Tuscon. The young man that opened the door for us took care of us from the minute we got there. He was extremely knowledge able, very pleasant to be around, NOT pushy in any means. We looked at a new 2014 Tuscon and my husband and I were sold or should I say, Joseph sold the car to us - his knowledge was far better than any book! There stood one problem, my husband was not satisfied with the cargo space in the Tuscon, so Robi came over and offered to work up some figures on the Santa Fe Sport, we said no, that is completely out of our price range, he said trust me let me work up some figures and Joseph was off to pull up the car - when he brought it up we were in awe - it was fully loaded had everything we wanted. Robi showed us the figures and boom - we made the deal. Joseph was one of the best salesman we have dealt with. The finance guy, Talal finished out the deal with an excellent rate and finalization with the process - and I must say it was one of the shorter processes I have experienced in buying a new vehicle!!
