I love this place everyone was the best. If I had to offer one suggestion the finance group could use a lot more customer friendliness. The gentleman gave me the impression since I didn't finance with them he had no use for me. However, the other folks there are so awesome I can overlook this one individual. Definitely a place to go to buy a car and feel good about it. Thanks Del for everything!!! More

We went back due to a VIN issue (which we found out was NOT the dealerships fault) and initially it was a tough go at and truly loved our experience. In all my years of buying a car and a variety of dealerships (and this being my first trip to Gateway Hyundai), this was the best experience I've ever encountered. Carl Jones was a pleasure to work with in buying my Elantra. Negotiations were not lengthy and unrealistic (as often you get stuck in room for extensive periods of time while a salesman will disappear to talk with a manager over pricing details). I liked how Carl took me seriously as a buyer and treated me as a knowledgable shopper; not talking down to me as an 'uninformed female buyer' (previous experiences). The manager introduced himself to me and all in all, the whole staff was friendly and sincere in their attitudes. They believe in the product they are selling and it shows. He negotiated the sales price in good faith without being overly aggressive and offered me financing through Hyunda throughout the purchase process. He utilized the down time while the paper work was being processed with a guided tour of the dealership including the service department and explained the service process should I need any future maintenance or repair work. A strong selling point is that the car it is a Hyundai certified pre-owned vehicle ensuring that it is in excellent condition. Hyundai's strong warranty is also a great benefit. More

We were shopping around for a first car for our 16-year-old son. We needed something inexpensive and reliable and had specific budget and mileage requirements. Kevin worked with us to find some options on the lot and was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles we looked at. We ended up test driving a 2010 Elantra and Kevin worked with us to get to a price that worked for everyone. It was a much quicker and easier process than we had anticipated. Also, Kevin delivered on what he said he would in terms of ensuring the vehicle was clean and making sure a couple of minor repairs were made before we picked it up. And again, this was done much quicker than we anticipated. We also enjoyed working with Jennifer in the business office who was very friendly. She suggested some options we could consider taking advantage of which we declined, but there was no additional pressure or big sales pitch which we really appreciated. Overall a good experience and we would recommend this dealership to others. As far as car buying goes, we thought this was simple, fast and the people we dealt with seemed honest and straightforward.
