My husband and I had been to numerous car dealerships test driving new and used vehicles. We were frustrated at times and completely turned away from some dealerships just because we didn't care for the test driving new and used vehicles. However, we had a completely different experience at Gateway Hyundai. George Vie was incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable in regards to the cars. Then, we were able to get a lot of valuable information from Jennifer Ewing in regards to lease vs. purchase pros and cons. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the financing aspect of the car buying experience. We also benefited from working with Kim Garner as she was the internet contact we had originally communicated through. She worked along with us almost the entire time to make sure we were happy with our purchase and that we got the best deal possible! I made my initial contact online and Kim responded promptly. She answered all questions and then after I invited her to do so she called me on the phone and we set up an appointment. Upon arriving at the dealership I was promptly greeted and James assisted me by introducing me to Kim and making sure we had a comfortable place to discuss my goals. The entire purchase process was without any pressure at all and Jennifer, the business manager, sat with me as we explored the options for various warranty options and the importance of the GAP insurance, since I was financing. James was very efficient in assembling the needed paperwork and because of the time and attention they gave me before we ever went into the business office for the final signing, I was in there less than 15 total minutes; and only that long because I asked some questions. The car was ready when I was and they helped me dispose of my rental car. This was worth the almost 100 mile drive to their dealership and I would do it again. Friendly folks, impressive dealership, honest answers, great products.... WHAT ELSE CAN I SAY???? This was the best automobile purchase experience I have ever had and I say that without reservation. I love this place everyone was the best. If I had to offer one suggestion the finance group could use a lot more customer friendliness. The gentleman gave me the impression since I didn't finance with them he had no use for me. However, the other folks there are so awesome I can overlook this one individual.
