Best new car buying experience ever! Kim called me after I inquired online and gave me some real numbers that didn't go UP when I went to the dealership. She turned me over to Del who provided us with all I inquired online and gave me some real numbers that didn't go UP when I went to the dealership. She turned me over to Del who provided us with all the information we needed on the cars features and benefits and then we went on a test drive. Only problem was, we wanted a 2014, not a 2013. Kim then asked about our options, colors, etc. and told us not to worry, she will find the car we want. Then we were given to Jennifer who had to hurry thru our financing and other paperwork because we had a prior commitment. GREAT JOB JENNIFER!!! The next day I received a call from Kim that she found a car and was having it driven to Richmond from Maryland. We set up an appointment a few days later to pick up the car. Upon arrival, the car was in sparkling condition and Del went over all the new toys available with the car (BlueLink, XM, Navigation, etc). My wife was overwhelmed with the information but Del made it as painless as possible. Jennifer got us our final paperwork and we were off to the races. This is our first Hyundai. We compared it to the Mazda 3, which was also a hatchback. For the same price we got more options, better warranty and above all, a car we could see out of (the Mazda 3 has serious blindspot issues and good luck looking thru your rearview mirror and seeing anything). This group was professional, realiable and courteous. They went above and beyond and didn't play any numbers games. I was impressed! More
