My experience with Gateway Hyundai was great. I have bought our last few cars at CarMax because I didn't like the way dealerships "handled" people. It was just too stressful. But I had stopped by Gateway with my daughter after a shopping trip because she wanted to look at the Sonata. Her friend had recently purchased one and my daughter fell in love with it. We were met by Lamont and he Robi Ahluwalia and Brian McCaffity helped her purchased a new Sonata that day. I told my husband how we were treated and that I really liked the Santa Fe Sport. We've been through some financial hardships recently because of illness and my husband didn't think we would qualify. I decided to go online and fill out an application anyway. Within just a few minutes we got a call from Kim Garner. I explained our circumstances and that my daughter had just purchased with Lamont. She said come on in they would work together to get us a Santa Fe. And they did. It was awesome. They treated us like family. They showed us all the features, set up our bluelink and Lamont even transferred our plates to the new car. Chris Deering did our contract and he explained all about the warranty and we were out of there with a great new car in a few hours. We were so impressed we went home and told our son who has been wanting a new car too. He was now very jealous of our daughter Sydney and our new car purchases. He filled out an application online and spoke with Kim and Lamont and he is now driving a new red sporty Hatchback Elantra. Now our driveway is all Gateway Hyundai's. We have told our son in California so maybe he'll get a Hyundai too. He likes the Tuscon. Thank you all so much for working with us and for being so friendly and knowledgeable. We will make sure we tell everyone about our great experience at Gateway Hyundai. More

George Best and the team was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided superior customer service. I never felt pressured to purchase at any given time. After having a very bad experience with another Hyundai dealer I found this one. I spoke to Yvette Crews on the phone and then again upon arriving at the dealership. She was extremely friendly and made me dealer I found this one. I spoke to Yvette Crews on the phone and then again upon arriving at the dealership. She was extremely friendly and made me and my kids feel at home and as if we were the most important people she had met all day. I told her what I was looking for and she found the car but then while walking on the lot I found another style of vehicle and Yvette changed gears and showed me the in's and out's of that vehicle. I then decided that was what I wanted and both Kim and Yvette went out of their way to try and locate the vehicle for me but in the end the stock was not available. Both women kept in constant contact me while trying to locate the vehicle that I had spec. out and finally they found one that would meet my specs as well as my approval for exterior color. I highly recommend this dealership as everyone made me feel at ease during the whole process. More

Could not believe that on a Saturday morning@ 10;30am I could been seen without an appointment. I had a check engine light on and guessed I would have a problem. But Jon Carpenter in the service dept. told could been seen without an appointment. I had a check engine light on and guessed I would have a problem. But Jon Carpenter in the service dept. told me he could fit me in with no problems. After diagnosing the problem and resetting the sensor .Ron informed me I need front brakes. I would have waited but due to Ron's advise and my trust in him, I got the work done and boy am I happy. it only took me two hours total and I was back on my way.Thank you More
