CMA's Colonial Hyundai

At the end of February, I came to Gateway to look at cars and the first person that approached me was Kirk. He was nice, friendly and patient with me but at that time I hadn't made up my mind to purchase ano and the first person that approached me was Kirk. After a week of test driving other vehicles, on March 8th I decided to go back to Gateway and see Kirk. He helped me pick out the car that I wanted and suggested I look at the pacific blue pearl, which is a fantastic color. Kirk didn't rush me through the deal and he really took his time answering all of my questions. I close the deal the next day and drove home with my brand new 2014 Hyundai Sonata. The customer service was excellent, and I couldn't have gotten a better deal. If I had to purchase a vehicle all over again, I would choose Kirk because of his professionalism, friendliness and patience. The overall experience was great! More

Wow, what a great experience for the second time!!! The reason why is because we bought a Tuscon that seemed to have some problems with it. Could have been the last vehicle made on a Friday when people wan reason why is because we bought a Tuscon that seemed to have some problems with it. This dealership did everything they could to fix this problem and may very well have but after the third time, we were a little nervous about keeping this Tuscon. Larry, our sales manager did all he could to keep us happy including trading us up to a Santa Fe for almost the same price! Joe Conte and James Coleman worked together to get all the details straightened out and I was in and out of there in no time. Great salesmen!!!
