I recently purchased a 2014 Veloster Turbo from Kim Garner at this dealership which was out of my home state of New Jersey. It was a pleasure to deal with someone who I feel had my best interest at he Garner at this dealership which was out of my home state of New Jersey. It was a pleasure to deal with someone who I feel had my best interest at heart and she went over and above what I would have ever expected. She made my experience hassle free and was very honest and accommodating. After much hassle with the two New Jersey Hyundai dealerships, I can say I would make you my first call if the need arrises again and I cannot say how easy and painless Kim made my purchase. I feel communication is key and she gets an A+++++++ for not only telephone and e-mail but she also sent me pictures of the actual vehicle and continues to follow up with me. I would love for everyone to know it was the easiest purchase I have made and I would love for you to share my out of state sales experience with everyone. Also, I would like to add that the two gentlemen, Lee Bess and Bob Neece, who delivered the vehicle to my front door were wonderful with calling ahead and keeping me posted on their arrival time. Again, communication was what impressed me most with everyone. I truly felt everyone had me as their number one customer which was a breath of fresh air compared to the deception I experienced with my New Jersey dealers. This is the second vehicle I have purchased/leased--a better experience than the first time I purchased a vehicle there. I was very pleased with the way I was treated from the time I had questions to Tom better experience than the first time I purchased a vehicle there. I was very pleased with the way I was treated from the time I had questions to Tommy Baugh who gave me quick resolution to a situation with my current Sonata. I will service both vehicles through his department in the future. Within the same period, I was coached through the sales process by Joe Conte, who made every effort to make sure I understood the vehicle and the leasing process, since I had never leased in the past. I appreciate his fine effort. Robi (Sales Manager) eventually made the process work. I was very impresses with Jennifer Ewing, Business Manager, who made the closing efficient and understandable for me and my spouse. Lastly, it was a real pleasure working with your sales and maintenance team management team. More

From the time I pulled up I was treated great. Joe greeted me at my car and walked me around looking the different cars that worked within my budget. Once I picked the car I wanted Joe sat me down and went over all the numbers and the Sales manager came over to meet me. The sales manager was very helpful and willing to work with me.The Finance manager came over and went over the rates and what options I had. From the time I walked in until the time I was done and walking out it was just over two hours and that was with a 30 min test drive. Jennifer finished up the process with going over and signing all of the papers, Jennifer was great!! I would diffidently come back to Gateway for another car. Joe did an outstanding job and was very friendly!!!! More

It was fate that brought to me Gateway Hyundai after several visits to other car dealerships. This was a sort of family trip as I had not purchased a car from a dealership in a long time so I brought m several visits to other car dealerships. This was a sort of family trip as I had not purchased a car from a dealership in a long time so I brought my grandparents along for support. The staff at Gateway was very friendly from the time we got out of car and throughout the entire sales process. I did not come intending to leave out purchasing a car; however, the deal I received met my criteria and I was pleased with the service received. Service means more than anything. I did have to wait a little longer than expected but it was Saturday so I won't hold that against them (lol). More
I had a wonderful experience because my salesman Robert Vie catered to my needs and wants. He was also a very good listener. He wants them to be comfortable and educated. The one thing I hate the most, is feeling as if I do not know what I have done or what I have gotten into. I walked away with a brand new car and knowledge and understanding. George Vie educated me on how to operate my vehicle and also described the many benefits of the perks of purchasing from the dealer itself. Mr. Vie was socialable and he is a people person.I loved the fact that he did not take anything personally and maintained his level of professionalism at all times. Honestly, I am not sure why he doesn't own a franchise dealership or one of his own, because I see him succeeding tremendously and with a business flow that would continuosly flow prosperously and positively. Mr. Talal El Oulaili was my finance contact. He was straight to the point and very serious about his job. I appreciated the fact that he stated he is going to see if he can get me better rates, even after I made my purchase. I did not get to speak with him for a long time, but any questions I had, he answered and explained. James Coleman did not assist me on anything regarding the sale of my car, but he did sit down and hold a conversation with me while I waited to be serviced. He was professional and courteous. I felt as though I've know these employees for years and was very comfortable. The only issue I have is that when I brought my car back the next day as instructed to be detailed, it was only washed and I found dust, paint, scratches, grime, and filth in the car, on the outside of the car, and on the seats. I was extremely dissatisfied and was told that I would be scheduled to come back and have not yet received a call. I am still currently waiting for that call and believe I will recieve one shortly. I wasted my gas going to get the car detailed and was dissatisfied. The car team that was there to take the car to be detailed did a poor job for my first exprience and I hope to be able to recant this statement in the near future. Overall, I believe Hyundai provides great experiences for their customers and thats what builds clientele. They show they care and they also make you feel as though you are one of the family.
