Pleasantly Surprised I have been in the market for a new car for over a year and have talked to several dealerships. I have had sales people promise me they will help me I have been in the market for a new car for over a year and have talked to several dealerships. I have had sales people promise me they will help me and get me in a new car. I have even been to dealerships where they say they will do whatever it takes to get you in a new car and I have been there only to be disappointed that they did not fulfill their promise. I admit that I had contacted several dealerships by email and Kim being one of the people I was contact with. I even called and spoke to her and told her my situation as I was hesitant to drive all the way and waste time to not come home with a car with terms I could live with. Kim said she would do her best to get me in a car that would fit my needs and I was pleasantly surprised that she was true to her word. She introduced me to Kirk and they were so friendly and listened to my needs and met ever challenge that I gave them. They made the whole process easy and painless! I was so impressed by my experience that I am now bringing my daughter to Kirk and Kim to help her purchase a car. The finance manager was awesome, Kim and Kirk were awesome and even the guy who cleaned up my new car was very friendly. I can say that Gateway Hyundai made my purchase experience a wonderful one!
