Traveled from North Carolina to take delivery of a used 2010 VW passat wagon. We had been searching for this specific vehicle and in the process contacted multiple dealers and individuals who had a simila 2010 VW passat wagon. We had been searching for this specific vehicle and in the process contacted multiple dealers and individuals who had a similar car. Miller's won our business with a competitive price and a no-nonsense transaction process (i.e. stuck with agreed upon price, no hidden fees, car was as-advertised). K.B. was a pleasure to work with, organized and professional. Scott Dailey was also great and followed up as promised in making sure we received the title. We've put about 1,000 miles on the car and so far so good. A very refreshing experience compared to other less savory dealer experiences! More

I walked in to this dealer not knowing if I could get the truck I wanted cause of my credit and the person who helped me is Luke. I will tell you I think he is the very best salesperson I have ever had the p truck I wanted cause of my credit and the person who helped me is Luke. I will tell you I think he is the very best salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He ran my credit more than once and when he couldn't get me taken care of he spent extra time with me to get me to a finance company that could help and after I got approved he worked with me on the price and deposit. He was with me every step of the way and got me into a truck much better than I hoped for. I walked out with a ford F150 xlt with only 81K on it and a very fare price. You know most places if the salesman finds out that they will have to do extra work to get you taken care of they loose interest and move on to the next person with the biggest wallet and you get the feeling just by the way they talk to you that they don't really care. But the great people at Miller's Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and my favorite Luke have made me a customer for life cause they treated me better than anyone and because of them I am jumping for joy cause I just brought home my new truck today and could not have got tin anything even close to how nice this truck is at any place else! I called five different dealers within 50 miles of the DC area about an identical Jeep model; Miller's quoted me a price over the phone that was $200.00 lower than the next closest offer. They priced my tra area about an identical Jeep model; Miller's quoted me a price over the phone that was $200.00 lower than the next closest offer. They priced my trade-in much higher than I expected - nearly hitting the Edmunds.com estimate on the nose. The employees were great - they seemed to care whether I was happy and really seemed to enjoy what they do. The mandatory paperwork signing and the introduction to the vehicle's features was finished in less than an hour, and I never felt rushed. I got a personal introduction to the parts and service managers, and the dealership celebrated my Presidents' Day delivery by giving me a cherry pie. It was delicious. This is by far the best experience I have had buying a new vehicle. More

"KB" was my sales rep at Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I went in looking for a car that had great gas mileage, was sporty, and was cost effective for my needs. I called with a car in mind. KB informed me later that the car had been sold but she had a 2007 Mazda 3 in mind. I took it for a quick spin and really started to like the car a lot. I had them try to find me a bank that would finance me. After a lot of hard work on everyone at the dealerships part they found someone willing to finance me. I then had some issues with the down payment amount but KB and the finance department got the bank to come down to a reasonable amount for me. She also extensively worked with me to help streamline the signing process and getting all my info she needed to get the signing process started. KB and everyone at Miller was very friendly and very helpful in helping me buy my first car. The dealership really went the extra mile to get me in my new car. I was very pleased with the experience as a whole. The customer service is great and everyone is very friendly. I just want to say thank you again to everyone from the Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership. I will be highly recommending KB to everyone I know who is looking for a car. More
