I was looking for a used 4x4/AWD vehicle and was having difficulty finding what I needed at my local dealerships in my price range. After searching the internet and driving all over eastern WV, and VA, I c difficulty finding what I needed at my local dealerships in my price range. After searching the internet and driving all over eastern WV, and VA, I came across Miller Chrysler Jeep & Dodge in Martinsburg, WV. They have a very helpful and friendly staff. They provided all the information and details I needed to purchase my new(used) Vehicle. I wouldn't recommend doing business with this dealership. They enjoy playing mind games with you too much. They tell you one thing, and do another. You tell them what you're looking for in a vehicle, and the They enjoy playing mind games with you too much. They tell you one thing, and do another. You tell them what you're looking for in a vehicle, and they try to sell you something different. Also, the figures that they give you for your trade-in, and a new vehicle is ridiculous. They won't throw nothing in extra, like a tow package, as part of the deal. I went to Parson's Kia, got a good deal, plus they included the tow package for free. More

We expected this to be a long drawn out process, but actually it wasn't bad at all. Got a great car and a great deal. Would definitely recommend all of our family and friends to go to see Andrew! I expected to make several trips to this dealer in order to close a deal for a new car, but after receiving an offer for my trade in, I found that I couldn't turn down the offer. JIM went to work and I d to close a deal for a new car, but after receiving an offer for my trade in, I found that I couldn't turn down the offer. During the last 17 years my family has purchased 9 vehicles from this dealership and we has gone to this dealership for service. We have always been treated courteously and fairly. Personnel of this dealership have gone out of their way to give us the vehicles we wanted with the equipment we wanted. If there was warantee work to be done, they have been helpful and they have provided immediate attention to whatever problem we may have had. However, I must say that we have had few serious problems with Chrysler, Dodge and Plymouth vehicles. More

We had bought our first Jeep there in 09 (Liberty,sport) Stopped by last week thinking to trade it in on a patriot. They refused to give me blue book trade in value,their Patriot was marked to high from wha Stopped by last week thinking to trade it in on a patriot. They refused to give me blue book trade in value,their Patriot was marked to high from what we had seen on line. We told him what we wanted the first time there. He Called for us to come back in He started a flimflam game so we left with his words that he still work on it for us in our ears. Well ...He called again saying he got the deal the way we wanted price, trade in, all of it that we asked for. $35. in gas later we're at the dealership listening to mike start his shell game again. 3 visits & listening to Mike lie. No...I'll never go back & waste my time . We left there & stopped by Kia & in a couple of hrs. We drove home a new SUV with far better options than was on the patriot. More

I am the lucky owner of a new Jeep. My overall experience was a positive one. "KB" was very helpful and I appreciated her salesmanship by not being too assertive. The overall experience from the start was positive. Zakk met us in the cold pouring rain to look at vehicles. He pulled around used vehicles that had just been brought in for us to look at as well. He drew up paperwork for a vehicle and it wasn't what our range was so he looked into a brand new 2010 Town and Country. After my work discount and the rebates on the vehicle the final numbers were very positive and the best possible deal we could receive. Zakk did a great job going over the perks as well as introducing us to other members of the team to help seal the deal. It was a very positive buying experience where all our needs were not only met but exceeded by the entire crew at Miller's Chrysler Jeep Dodge and Ram. More
