Working with Andy Miller was great - was straightforward with letting us know about the vehicle and what they could do for us. Once we selected the car, they had paperwork ready for a quick pickup. An opportunity for improvement is the Detailing of car which had some streaks on the windows and missed spots on the car. Overall a good experince and I have recommended Andy to several others. On my lunch break I was driving by and saw a car I liked so I pulled in the lot to check it out. It was way out of my price range but as I was pulling out I saw another one with a Red Tag sale price that wa so I pulled in the lot to check it out. It was way out of my price range but as I was pulling out I saw another one with a Red Tag sale price that was in my range. Since Pepe had already jumped in front of my car to stop me from leaving I briefly talked to him about the car and gave him my information. I decided I wanted to check the car out so I phoned Pepe and left work early in order to do a test drive. After I test drove the car, which Pepe didn't know a lot about (including whether it had side airbags or not) I decided the price was too good to pass up so I filled out the paperwork for a credit check. After they ran my credit they realized they could not sell me that car because it did not have CA Emissions, which I needed because I am a MD resident. I was not happy that they didn't realize this BEFORE they ran a credit report on me. Darren told me they had to buy back another car they had mistakingly sold with the same problem and that he could sell me that car because it would then be considered used. Pepe called me the following week and told me he had the car, then in the middle of the conversation, realized he didn't have the car (don't ask me how that can happen), then, over the next 2 weeks they couldn't decide whether the car was going to be considered new or used once they really did have it back. Finally, after I had given up on it, a few weeks later, Pepe called me and told me he had the car and that they could sell it to me as a used car. This was late on a Thursday afternoon. I asked him if they were going to be able to give me the same finance rate they had quoted me on the first car and he said he would have to call me back. He never did. Finally, Monday morning, I called Miller's and spoke with Darren, who told me the car had been sold over the weekend. He claimed he had been out sick Friday and did not know anything about me waiting to hear back from Pepe, who supposedly was out sick on Monday. I don't know what the real story was with that car but I have never had such a bad car (non) buying experience ever. Either they're very incompetent or they're shady dealers,,,or both. More

I looked for the vehicle I wanted and dealt with 2 other dearlerships before this one and this was a great experience for me , the price was great and the people were so pleasant to deal with. We choose Miller's because of the large selection of Jeep Grand Cheroke Overland cars. When they still did not have one we wanted on the lot they went out of their way to find one.
