Purchased CPO Dodge Durango with trade-in Bo Johnson and Ryan Grimes helped my wife and me with the purchase and financing of a certified pre-owned Dodge Durango with a trade-in of our Honda O Bo Johnson and Ryan Grimes helped my wife and me with the purchase and financing of a certified pre-owned Dodge Durango with a trade-in of our Honda Odyssey. We traveled to their dealership from central North Carolina specifically for the vehicle we purchased. Bo was very helpful answering questions and making preparations in advance of our visit, and he had the vehicle ready for a test drive as soon as we arrived. Bo handled negotiation of the purchase in a very straightforward manner, with no unexpected charges added to the adjusted purchase price (accounting for trade value). The dealership was very accommodating working with us on price and we arrived at a deal that my wife and I were very happy with. During financing, Ryan informed us of different warranty and coverage options but was not pushy or aggressive, and he helped us with an incentive relating to financing, which was much appreciated. Overall, Bo and Ryan were professional, courteous, and efficient to work with, and I would recommend them. Additionally, now that we've had our Durango for a few weeks, my wife and I have been very pleased with it. All in all, a very good experience. More
