Great day I generally don't enjoy dealing with Salespeople at all. He knew I was just "looking" and was still totally attentive about everything. I test drove a few vehicles (one was at a separate location and we test drove 1 Jeep from the dealership and hopped in to the other.) and he even took the time me how to take down the new Wrangler JL soft top in the show room just because I asked how different it was from the older 90s Wrangler tops. Stellar experience all around. Bob made us feel like we we're his only priority and there was never any pressure at all. More
