After so long of dealing with the insurance company, coordinating rides to-from work, staying up late with my 3yo after working 14hr days, and pulling this work schedule 5-6 days a week, the last thing I'd needed was to do MORE work after actually GETTING my car. So imagine the relief amount of relief I felt in seeing that the registration and titling had ALREADY been accounted for, along with my inspection being good till the end of NEXT year. And beyond what the dealership does for it's customers as a matter of course, the salesman who'd helped me was also just absolutely fantastic. Due to the complications of the day, the appointment I'd set for 9AM wound up getting continually pushed back to the point that it was 530-6PM before I was able to actually arrive. Despite this, Bo continued to be understanding and helpful with each new problem that came up, always being very prompt and courteous when I called. For all this, they get my 5 star rating. (As a side note, though the website will not let me rate each employee I worked with, both Bo and Ryan would get a 5 star rating as well) More
