Amazing service, every step of the way! This is my second new car purchase from Billy Craft Dodge....and it was just as exceptional this time around as it was the first time, 5 years ago. In fact, my sales agent from the first purchase, Ryan Grimes, was my finance agent with this purchase. It is nice to see that the dealership treats its employees well...they certainly do their customers! My sales agent on my new car, Ottis Brown, was very attentive to helping the deal go thru. Though it was a bit of an unconventional sale, he helped to make it happen and it was a truly seamless process. I would also like to recognize Zach Boyd, who has been my service rep. for years....it is (again) nice to see a familiar face whenever I take my car in to be serviced. I would hands down recommend Billy Craft Dodge to anyone who is looking for a new or used car. They know their business....and not only the business of selling cars, but also helping the customer from the initial visit, thru the life of the vehicle. New 2019 Pacifica Van We love our new van. We have two kids with the youngest being 15 days old at the time we bought the new van. We worked with Holcombe on the sales side We love our new van. Holcombe was friendly, Knowledgeable and worked hard to make this deal happen. I have bought many new cars from the Craft family of dealerships over the years. This was the only time I had a problem. Ryan Grimes must of been having a bad day. He was rude and made my wife and I feel uncomfortable during the time we had to spend in his office. I will still buy vehicles from here but hope that Ryan has a better at attitude next time. More
