Paid $125 for something and the problem was NOT fixed I went to get my ignition switch changed as I hd a recall on it. I also told them about a problem I have that happens whenevet the car is not moving, I went to get my ignition switch changed as I hd a recall on it. I also told them about a problem I have that happens whenevet the car is not moving, I keep getting the oil change sign on my dadhboard and keeps making an annoying noise. They said that the problem could be because the oil pump switch needs to be changed and would cost $125. I did not want the oil pump switch to be changed but me and the guy misunderstood eachother and he ended up making them change the oil pump switch and I hd to pay the $125 and the problem was NOT even fixed. It actually got worse than before!! I will be going back to complain hoping they will be responsive. More

Each time they have kept my car for weeks at a time and normally they would be good about communicating with me and the 1st time they even offered me a loaner car because I was renting one. Well this last time I tell them that my car is cutting off while driving so I know that I will need a loaner.... that in one ear and out the other. They had my car for 2 weeks and not once did I get offered a loaner... nor was the communication any good. When Heather was there to me it was better. I felt like they lied to me and they didn't care about my inconvenience. It took hours for my oil change and even then Zach was very nice and apologized because of the length of time.... But this last time.... they could have cared less. Even the manager could have cared less. I will only go back because I have too... not because of the service. More
