The staff takes the time to gather necessary information, the wait time is very efficient and the service is top notch. After diagnosing rocker arm replacement to the cylinders and coolant line break Took my Dodge Grand Caravan in with major issues at a scheduled time. Was kept in the loop through all the work via text message. First time I have ever had such prompt and Professional Service at a car ! Knowledgable, quick service I brought my truck in for alignment after another dealer couldn't get the inner tie rod nut loose. Service on 10/30/18 I took my 2018 Jeep Renegade (that I bought from Billy Craft) for it’s first oil change on 10/30/18. The service department did not acknowledge me whe I took my 2018 Jeep Renegade (that I bought from Billy Craft) for it’s first oil change on 10/30/18. The service department did not acknowledge me when I walked up to the desk. Some of them were to busy on their cell phones. I stood there for a few minutes looking at them. They were not friendly or welcoming. I had an appointment for 11 am and it still took over an hour to have my oil changed. I was charged $80.05 for an oil change. There was no extra services, they didn’t even vacuumed my Jeep! More
