Recall work and check alarm Phillip was my service rep and he set up the work in a timely fashion and kept me informed of the progress as the work went along. I had 3 recalls on Phillip was my service rep and he set up the work in a timely fashion and kept me informed of the progress as the work went along. I had 3 recalls on my daughter's jeep and there was a problem with the alarm going off when you use the key fob. All the recalls were taken care of and of course as it usually happens, the alarm did not malfunction. He kept me informed of the issue and since it would not malfunction while working the key fob, he said that there would be no charge on it. I have had several visits to the service center for both my wife's jeep and my daughter's and i have always received good service and the service reps have been great to work with. Thanks Phillip for doing a great job. More

16 T&C, Transmission Philip and the technician were BOTH great. Listened to my concern and didn’t talk to me as I knew nothing. After the initial repair was made and I had Philip and the technician were BOTH great. Listened to my concern and didn’t talk to me as I knew nothing. Superior Car Purchasing Experience Ever since I worked in the car sales business, I have dreaded the day the day that I would have to go out and purchase a vehicle. It finally came tim Ever since I worked in the car sales business, I have dreaded the day the day that I would have to go out and purchase a vehicle. It finally came time and I had to purchase a new vehicle for my wife. I knew what I was looking for and I knew my budget. I found the specific vehicle and I was contacted by Bobby "Bo" Johnson. We made an appointment for the next day, he had 3 similar vehicles all the same color, one upgrade, one down grade and the exact one that I internet inquired about. I was able to see what extra features I was getting and some that were upgraded and that I really did not care about that much. We talked numbers, they gave me a better value for my trade than expected and the numbers came in on the first try, without any negotiations or having to go back and forth. We put the deal together and wrapped up it up. It was easy, peasy! I highly recommend Bo and the entire Billy Craft Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram team. Ryan Grimes, the Business Manager in Finance, was awesome too, he was not pushy but very informative. Everyone there has been extremely helpful, all the way to Rodney Weeks, the Service Manager. I will definitely go and see Bo for my next vehicle purchase. More
