Best Buying Experience So after several months and several car dealers we finally found a dealer that not only wanted to sell a vehicle he actually wanted to make a new cust So after several months and several car dealers we finally found a dealer that not only wanted to sell a vehicle he actually wanted to make a new customer happy. We decided to trade in our Nitro to get a four wheel drive vehicle so Alan doesn't have to shovel me out of the snow anymore. I went to the Buick dealer first....He insisted that I needed to lease a vehicle, even after I told him that I drive 19000 miles a year just getting back and forth to work. He told me, and I quote "I am not a car salesman, I am a counselor so I know what you need." Alrighty then....next was the Kia dealer....we received a letter in the mail that they had a buyer for our Nitro and we should come down to the Kia dealer and pick out a new vehicle....Long story short, the only vehicle they wanted to sell me was a Soul Base model. I am too old to use a crank to roll up and down my windows....Next was the Chrysler dealer...At least he was short and to the point...we won't give you any more than $9000 for your Nitro and the best deal I can get you is a payment of over $500.00 a month...see ya....And one more....the Ford dealer.....waited over an hour to test drive a vehicle...after the test drive I was told that the finance guy was out for the day and we couldn't make any kind of deal...this after I had worked 10 hours and waited over an hour. We picked out a vehicle (2007 Ford Edge) very nice vehicle with all the bells and whistles....We were told they would only give us $9000 for the Nitro but they wouldn't work the number's for the payment and the interest rate until they had a down payment. Finally we come to the end of my story where we were referred to SUBURBAN FIAT OF ANN ARBOR. The salesman John Selina found me a vehicle that met my criteria, kept my payment and interest rate UNDER what I requested and paid top dollar for our Nitro. They put 4 brand new tires and all new brakes on the vehicle before they let me take it off the lot and in the mean time they gave me the cutest little Fiat to drive around until they were done making sure my new vehicle was in tip top condition. That's what I call customer service. More

Great experience getting my new FIAT I had been contemplating about purchasing a FIAT after having rented a FIAT recently. I arrived at 7:45 pm and met John. He was informative, friendly and very attentive to my questions in relation to buying a new vehicle as I had not bought a new vehicle in over 12 years. He addressed all questions, concerns and extremely knowledgable of FIAT vehicles. He took the time with me and made every effort to ensure my decision making process was an informative one.
