When I went in to the dealership, it was to look at the car I wanted with little hope of being able to afford it. I knew I had a credit problem and had just paid off several debts. I was upfront and honest with the sales person, John, about what I could afford to pay monthly, about how much I could put down, and that I only had two must haves... Sirius radio and Automatic transmission. He told me I came to the right place because they had special financing that specialized in issues like mine. What happened next was a miracle in my mind because I've never had something like this happen. It was so great that I had to write this review in case others are in my position. I walked out the dealership last Saturday with a used cabriolet with leather heated seats, and all the bells and whistles I never expected to be able to have with my credit. By buying a used car with low mileage I was able to get something that I've always wanted. John got me what I wanted and more. They even surprised me by giving me three month free Sirius, and because I use this car to commute two hours a day this was a real treat. I'm a hugely satisfied customer and want to point every one to this dealership. I have always been scared of buying cars from salespeople and this time I didn't see this as an Us v. Them situation, it was a partnership to let us both win. Thank you FIAT, John, and Paul! More
So I HATE shopping for cars. I wish I could take public transportation everywhere, and car shopping is intimidating. I always feel like I'm getting taken. Never so much as I did at Suburban Fiat. I test drove a 500L in November, telling the sales associate John that I was really looking to lease a new vehicle in January when my current lease was up. He was laid back and cool with it, he'd send me updates with new incentives now and again. When January came, he sent me a very intriguing offer. I came in and drove the car again, he made me an offer slightly higher that the one he emailed me earlier in the week, but no biggie, I figured that would happen and it was still in my price range. So I said yes and took my new lease home, happy as a clam. Then two days later, I get a call that there was a paperwork error, could I come in and sign a new agreement. Guess what? My car payment is now $40 more per month. My sweet little deal that I was comfortable with NAY PROUD OF is now a nightmare. Now I get to drive this car for 3 years and hate myself and everything about it day after mind numbing day. Congrats John and Fiat Ann Arbor - you soaked me for an extra $1500. More
I gave them the highest ratting I could because the men where outstanding in what they do. They gave me a Christmas Miracle by getting me into an amazing car when no one else would help me. I have to drive back and forth from Wixom to Ann Arbor multiple time a month for medical treatments and I did not have a running car. I was hesitant about driving so far just to get a no again. But, Jason said to please come in and he promised me they where different then what I have dealt with. So I did, and I was amazed by the kindness and respect that they gave me and my family. The will forever be in my heart and prayers!!! More

I have been purchasing/leasing vehicles for over twenty years and I have to say my experience with Suburban of Fiat was one of the most pleasurable experiences of leasing a new vehicle. John is a great sal years and I have to say my experience with Suburban of Fiat was one of the most pleasurable experiences of leasing a new vehicle. John is a great salesman, very professional and friendly. I went to several dealerships for pricing and John gave me the best deal of them all. He informed me that Suburban has a no haggle pricing policy. I love it, because my budget is very constrained. Also, my credit worthiness took a dive after divorce and Paul was able to get me financed with a bank with a very reasonable rate based on my credit score. I am driving a new vehicle without having to go to a ‘B lot’ and dealing with a clunker. I’m very grateful that I had the pleasure of dealing with these great guys. Thanks John and Paul! More

There were few convertible Gucci Edition Fiats in the color I wanted and none in the state of Georgia where I live. I called dealerships in other states, but the challenge of shipping the car seemed to be an issue they were not prepared, experienced, or equipped to accomplish. However, when I called Suburban Fiat of Ann Harbor and spoke with Corky, within a couple of hours she had pricing for both covered and open shipping. Who goes the extra mile like that anymore? When I met Michael, the finance manager, I already had financing. He all but guaranteed he could find a better percentage rate for me without flooding my credit report with multiple inquires. Being the credit score watcher that I am, that was a major concern for me. He promised only one or two inquiries and he kept his promise and lowered my percentage rate by a point with two inquiries. What dealership keeps their word like that anymore? When the deal was ready to close I happen to be working out of town. I finalized my car purchase 2,177 miles from home and it was shipped to my hometown the next day!! Amazing. By the end of the car purchase Corky and I had become Fiat buddies! I love her to pieces! I highly recommend Suburban Fiat of Ann Harbor to the car buyer who appreciates all that is good about great business practices, Customer Service, Honest Friendly People, Fair Pricing, A Quality Product, and most of all the desire to go that extra mile! What a GREAT experience purchasing my new Fiat 500 Lounge from Corky Wattles! She gave me the greatest customer service from a car sales associate that I've ever experienced. She answered the phone when I called, called me back immediately, and kept in touch with me through the entire process (from answering my questions through email; to my visit to the Fiat Studio for a test drive; to ordering the car; while waiting for my Fiat to arrive and when it was finally delivered to the dealership). I LOVE MY FIAT!!! I would highly recommend this dealership. I visited another Fiat dealership and was very disappointed with the sales associates and the showroom. So I decided to try Suburban Fiat. The difference in dealerships was like night & day. I'm so glad I went to another dealership. I really think Suburban has Corky to thank for my business. I had an excellent experience purchasing the first-ever FIAT Abarth Cabrio to be sold in Michigan. The day that I learned about the dealership opening (Dec. 29, 2012 for a Jan. 2, 2013 opening), I was FIAT Abarth Cabrio to be sold in Michigan. The day that I learned about the dealership opening (Dec. 29, 2012 for a Jan. 2, 2013 opening), I was there and met their freshly-hired FIAT Specialist, Corky Wattles. Unlike some FIAT salespersons who are recruits from the associated Chrysler dealership, she had caught the FIAT bug a couple of years earlier. When she learned of the dealership's coming to Ann Arbor, she marched herself in and by pure passion for the car convinced them to hire her as their FIAT specialist... no history of car sales and a career change for her. Of course for me, I already was convinced of what I wanted, so her ability to persuade for FIAT was like taking coals to Newcastle for me. However, it afforded a common source of enthusiasm that helped along the way. I actually placed the order for this yet-to-be-built car for a yet-to-be-announced price from a yet-to-open FIAT studio. The only hiccup was that my name did not get placed next to my order in the FIAT on-line order tracking system, so I could not check its status every hour ("2:13 pm... left mirror first bolt just tightened!"). Jonathan, the FIATCares representative on this forum, was most helpful getting me information as frequently as I asked (right down to the rail car number and scheduled time of delivery to the nearest minute.) Corky was the star of this sales experience for me. She was and is a delight to work with, and she has changed the FIAT studio from a typical car dealership into an Italian-themed coffee shop and meeting place for FIAT enthusiasts and inquirers. She was learning the ropes (as was I), was always ready to help, and would always call for her own help when facing a knotty question. I was frequently visiting this FIAT Studio Coffee House as I waited for my order, often talking about FIATs to other folks stopping by. Unfortunately, despite her newness, she did not quite fall for the attempt I made of printing up some official-looking certificates and presenting them to her to try to receive a Feb. 2 Ground Hog's Day Special of "Abarth for Abuck... Buy one Abarth at MSRP and Receive the Second for $1." However, she did unearth a rebate that I didn't know to request, but then learned of after sale (to my frustration) and that I never mentioned (thinking it was too late). She surprised me with a rebate check that arrived in the mail! Prior to the car's arrival, she had informed me of the total price (i.e., MSRP plus all the various adders), and at my request, their Finance Manager, Mark Bodenschatz, provided me in advance with full information on all of the extras that one is often bombarded with at sale time (extended warranty, glass protection, dent protection, wheel and rim protection, paint protection,...). He too was wonderful to work with... new to the dealership, though not to that position. Purchase day was smooth and free of pressure and surprise, and at least for the four days that I've had it, the Abarth Cabrio is absolutely phenomenal, as I had expected. I totally recommend Corky and Suburban FIAT. Unlike other dealers that dilute their FIAT inventory with the other brands, this FIAT Studio is physically separate across a busy street from its Chrysler dealer. Its parking lot only has FIATs or visiting guests' cars. It is located next to the Ann Arbor Post Office, so I had (and will continue to have) numerous excuses to drive by, check it out, and either turn around in the FIAT lot or in the post office drive-through next door More
