Rocky at Cal Auto; hes your car dealer for life guranteed I had the pleasure of working with Rocky Clark; not often you get to say I HAD THE PLEASURE when you are working with a sales man. This was my first v I had the pleasure of working with Rocky Clark; not often you get to say I HAD THE PLEASURE when you are working with a sales man. This was my first visit to Cal Cars; I came to look at a car I had fallen in love with and was set on having. Rocky didn't even take a second to put on a coat before he came out with a big smile greeting both me and my Dad. He invited us inside to get warm and talk about what I was looking for. I explained my situation that my car had been totaled in an accident just a week prior and I was here to look only at the 2015 Chrysler 200s. Rocky said “absolutely! Wait here I’ll pull it up and make sure its warm!” went and got the car and took us on a route that allowed me to see how the car handled both on the HWY and on city streets without having to ask if I can test on the HWY. He hooked his phone up to show me the Bluetooth and stereo and even took the extra step asking me for my favorite song or band to play. After our test drive Rocky went to work for me along with Dusty to get me the best deal Cal Cars could offer. Rocky took the time to really explain every step for me and listened to me; even when I was rambling (I talk a lot lol) I honestly did not think that I was going to get this car and was getting discouraged I was convinced I was going to have to settle for something less well Rocky kept saying “No worries; I’m going to make this work for you” After a morning of test driving, asking questions and making an offer... I drove off that lot with my brand new 2015 Chrysler 200s which I had been trying for a week between several dealers to try and get. In this case, Rocky at Cal Cars made my dream car a reality. Thank you Rocky and the rest of the Cal Cars team. You went the extra mile for me in more than one way starting with delivering on your promise "you'll be driving away in this car...", the FREE tv I got with purchase, checking with your insurance brokers for the best coverage and the overall friendly atmosphere, honesty and no pressure environment you and all the Cal Cars staff provided during this time.
