Keri's Review I was overall pleased with my experience except for a few things. On the day we first came in we were there for a little over three hours! That is ridiculous - if it wasn't for my husband I would have walked out of there. He kept telling me to calm down. Our salesman was dealing with us and 2-3 other customers at the same time making us sit and wait and wait and wait! I have never had that experience at any other dealership. The other thing that bothered me was when our salesman came out with our credit report (and our credit is not bad and our scores are good) and was going over it at his desk while other customers are roaming around. That should have been done in the financial office away from customers. Again - I almost walked out. I also would have liked it if he showed me the service area and where I need to go as I have never bought a car at C & S. But I'll figure that out in a few months! :) Like I said, overall I was pleased with my experience there except for these few things. More

A Great Car-buying experience I have always hated buying a car - I know now that it was because I didn't feel "heard." At C&S I felt no pressure. Scott listened to what I wanted I have always hated buying a car - I know now that it was because I didn't feel "heard." At C&S I felt no pressure. Scott listened to what I wanted and what I was able to pay and he didn't suggest cars that were too expensive or had more accessories than I wanted. He showed me both used and new cars of several makes and models that met my needs, answered all of my questions, but didn't pressure me one way or the other. He never gave me any time pressure. This is the third car that we have purchased at C&S and I expect to go back for the next one, too. More

Our sales person was very helpful in finding us additional discounts that we qualified for. I also felt like I knew what they were doing most of the time, whereas some other dealers disappear from their desk to go "talk" to their associates during the buying process. My only complaint is that I felt like it took a long time to purchase the car. However, I don't think the time it took was much longer than anywhere else. I think that's an industry issue. More
