Great Customer Service I've purchased from this dealership in the past and even though they did not win my business on the most recent purchase they still provided superior I've purchased from this dealership in the past and even though they did not win my business on the most recent purchase they still provided superior customer service throughout my selection process. The sales staff is very knowledgeable and courteous to the customers. They do not engage in the "high pressure" tactics that you find at a lot of other dealerships and are very accommodating when demonstrating a vehicle to you. Their prices are also very competitive and they will typically beat the price of most other area dealers, especially if you are able to negotiate. Don't worry though, they are still professional and respectful during the negotiation process as well. The only negative thing I have to say about the dealership is that it is too crowded. There are times that I have not stopped simply because there is no room to even park. However, I'll definitely consider them for all my future vehicle needs. More

After contacting all of the eastern Iowa dealerships for information, I found Scott to be by far the most helpful by email (my preferred method of communication) of anybody I talked to. He was quick to respond, detailed in his answers, and very upfront and honest about pricing without employing any high pressure sales tactics. When delivery the vehicle I ordered was delayed, C&S delivered a loaner car to my house even though it is 75 miles away from the dealership. Picking up my vehicle was straightforward as well with no surprises. Overall it was an excellent buying experience and I will make C&S my first stop when making my next vehicle purchase. More
