On Saturday, I went to Byers Mazda to look at two different car models and planned to make a purchase that day. I walked in and met Michael, who took his time walking us through the difference betwee different car models and planned to make a purchase that day. I walked in and met Michael, who took his time walking us through the difference between the two models, and when we decided we liked the CX-5. Michael assisted us in finding the right package level to meet my needs before our test drive. He went above and beyond explaining the technology in the car before the test drive to ensure we knew what to expect and what to look for during our test drive. I have bought several vehicles, and I have never had a buying experience as smooth and efficient as the one at Byers Mazda. I have already recommended Michael to a few friends. More

Purchased a slightly used vehicle instead of new, which was not planned, but it’s a beautiful car. There appears to be an in-vehicle communication issue discovered by the MyMazda app for which I need dealership service. I’m not concerned as service reviews are glowing. However, there’s currently a two-week wait time for a loaner and I cannot be without a car, so I have to wait two weeks for service. They offer shuttle service within a 10-mile radius, but that’s a last resort for me. Customers should be able to get a loaner at service time if the service is estimated to take 2 hours or more, or if length of service is unknown. I’ve never worked with a car dealership in the past where getting a loaner (even for a fee) was a problem, so I’m surprised about this. But it’s my only issue with Byers so far. More
