I had a small problem and called to see if Byers could squeeze me in for service same day. Stevie said get here and we will do our best. I arrived about 11:30 AM and Stevie said the shop crew was going to squeeze me in for service same day. Stevie said get here and we will do our best. I arrived about 11:30 AM and Stevie said the shop crew was going to lunch and it would most likely be 2 PM to get the car back. Was grateful that they fixed an ongoing issue and that it was covered under warranty since it arose before my warranty expired in the spring. Also happy that they gave me a loaner when the car was not ready was covered under warranty since it arose before my warranty expired in the spring. Also happy that they gave me a loaner when the car was not ready on day 1. But unhappy that it was not ready on day 1 so had to drive in rush hour traffic to and from the dealership. More
