He was also very knowledgeable about cars in general which was a definate plus for me! I knew he knew what he was talking about and that he wasn't just trying to make a sale. Not pushy at all! This is just a side note/observation...It was somewhat disturbing that while I was talking to Ray about the car I was interested in, another sales associate, Liam, basically interruped us and wanted his customer to drive the car that I was talking to Ray about purchasing. I didn't think that was very professional on Liam's part. Ray, on the other hand, handled the situation very professionally. More
