We were not pleased and felt we were treated unfair considering we had just purchased the van in July 2024 even though it was used. If the battery had been checked properly we would not have had to rep considering we had just purchased the van in July 2024 even though it was used. If the battery had been checked properly we would not have had to replace the battery after having the van for less than 5 months. Of course none of this was covered under the warranty we purchased. We are not happy about the situation at all. More

Wouldn’t answer the service phone. Would answer messages sent. Had appointment for 9 am but didn’t pick vehicle up till 10:30.
