Very bad customer service. A simple ac job took 3 weeks to be done. Would have taken 4 or more had I not complained to a manger. Refusing to give me a loaner or my car till job gets approved by insurance and get parts. Totally inconsiderate of people's lives that we have work to go to and live in a town where cabs are limited. A simple ac job turned into a $12000 job trying to get Stellantis to buyout my contract. Making a small job a great deal to get what they can out of you. Unexplained charges on my bill. Sending me an updated text at 4:55 pm every 4 days right before closing so I can't call in claiming my phone was not working. Finally, shoving me to a different customer service rep to tell me what she told me a week ago that car and parts will be taken care of next week. Absolutely, very bad experience. Even the oil change that I asked for was not done. Very bad customer service. 😑 More
