Since I have purchased my Jeep back in 2020 you have put three water pumps in the vehicle. Two of them have leaked. Last week you installed the third water pump. The second water, pup leaked, and as a resul three water pumps in the vehicle. Two of them have leaked. Last week you installed the third water pump. The second water, pup leaked, and as a result cracked my head gasket, however you will not take accountability for the defective water pump that caused the damage to my vehicle. I have taken the vehicle to several other mechanics in the area and all fingers point to the faulty water pump that caused the head crack. Unfortunately, the technicians at Button motor Dodge blame the cracked head on everything else, but the defective water pump that they installed. I’m not shocked by this. I work for DeSantis in Kokomo in Button Motors has a definite bad name in all four plants due to poor customer service and lack of accountability. More

Button CDJR is always very accommodating with getting us set up with times that fit into our schedules.
