Kolton went up and above the call of duty for me to get my car fixed, if not for him my car might have sat for another week awaiting confirmation from the representatives to give him permission to fix an u my car fixed, if not for him my car might have sat for another week awaiting confirmation from the representatives to give him permission to fix an unknown broken part on my car to finish the recall repair. I had no money that week to pay for it. If not for him taking it upon himself to repair it free of charge, I don’t know what I would have done! Thank you Kolton! You’re a lifesaver, in my opinion he needs a promotion and a raise! If he hadn’t taken it upon himself to have it fixed, I would have had to come up with $400 to fix my car! Which is why I am only rating the dealership with 4 stars, but Kolton gets 5 stars from me! Thank goodness we still have young men like him that are willing to go the extra mile for their customer! What was already a difficult thing for me to have the time to get my car fixed because of my life schedule, he helped me at a very crucial time! I can’t stop singing his praises!,, I think you get what I’m saying and I sincerely hope this is brought to the attention of the higher ups to take a look at for future customers. Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas to all! More
