Jada was the Sweetest and Very Helpful She is very good at her job and keep you informed on what's going on. I just was a little upset for the fact that I paid my portion but was not allowed to get my car at her job and keep you informed on what's going on. Went in for a bad starter needing exchanged. But before they could check starter, mechanic said they couldn't check starter until bad battery was replaced. So I put new battery in and tok back t But before they could check starter, mechanic said they couldn't check starter until bad battery was replaced. So I put new battery in and tok back to buttons for starter again and they charged again for diagnostic. I have a bumper to bumper warranty. But got charged twice. $195.00 for battery diagnostic and $100 for warranty deductible. More
