The car was a one owner and had been serviced at Buss Ford since it's purchase. It was beautiful with low mileage. We decided to purchase the car and Dave took care of everything down to the plates for the car. The whole experience was was easy and extremely delightful. We were also given a warranty with the vehicle and after driving the car for a couple of months I detected a little brake noise while stopping. Dave had us drop it off in the morning, gave me a nice loaner, and the car was ready at the end of the day. There was no-charge and we were made to feel as a special customer. When ready for another car we will go right to Dave at Buss Ford and will also be relaying our great experience to all our friends and relatives................ Thank you again, Dave Borcovan. More

GREAT communication prior to waling in, unexpected extra services done to vehicle at no charge, no add-on charges or fees. Absolutely wonderful buying experience. Will be returning to purchase at least 3 more vehicles in next 1-2 years. From the top down they believe in treating customers well, as they would their own family member, so that they return in the future, rather than gouging on a sale and hoping customers are too stupid to notice.
