I've dealt with these people since 1979. Says a bit doesn't it. Bought 3 trucks and a car from them and regretted the few times I bought elsewhere. Give these peole a shot and I don't think they'll disappoint. Also Parts is great. I buy all my Ford Parts here as they know the vehicles the aprts go on. More

I would NOT reccomend Buss Ford. My experience with the service writer, service manager and owner were terrible. Just a great place to buy a truck! 2 friends suggested i try this dealership because they have such a big inventory of new and used trucks,they were right! Good prices,and a real nice place! The salesman in question at the dealership made promises that he could not keep. I firmly believe a man is only as good as his word. I had a deal set in place with the salesman who had promised that he had that he could not keep. I firmly believe a man is only as good as his word. I had a deal set in place with the salesman who had promised that he had found the exact vehicle I was looking for at a dealership in Wisconsin. To make a long story short I called him throughout the week to see what progress he had made. He had told me that everything was set and not to worry. Over a week went by without any progress and he blamed the dealer in Wisconsin. The fault lies with him just because he lied from the start; seeing how there was in actuality no deal in place to obtain the vehicle I wanted, yet he specifically told me there was. I know now that it was a mistake on my part to trust him. I cannot speak of the other salesmen at this particular dealership because they may be honest people. More
