Buss Ford is a great dealer that got me the vehicle of choice with no hassle or pressure. The service dept. is excellent as well.
i purchased a 2015 chevy equinox from them in Jan 2024 and by March 2024 the engine had to be replaced. They offered me two options to get it fixed - $5000 out of pocket on top of the $11k I JUST signed a contract for, for a brand new engine or $150 for a mystery used one that they couldn't give me any details about. I didn've have the $5k for a new engine so got the used one and now my car resale value is only $1300 and I still owe over $9k on it as of May 2025. This dealership loves to SCREW single mothers over and should be reported to the BBB.
