i purchased a 2015 chevy equinox from them in Jan 2024 and by March 2024 the engine had to be replaced. I didn've have the $5k for a new engine so got the used one and now my car resale value is only $1300 and I still owe over $9k on it as of May 2025. This dealership loves to SCREW single mothers over and should be reported to the BBB. More

Buss Ford Service Sucks! !! Service Advisor does not communicate. I brought my car in for a warranty repair on Friday 9/6. . No word from advisor regarding status until 4:00 !! Service Advisor does not communicate. I brought my car in for a warranty repair on Friday 9/6. . No word from advisor regarding status until 4:00 via at text that the car would not be ready until Monday 9/9. On 9/9 I texted the advisor asking for a reply and confirmation that I did not want the cabin filter repair hinges replaced as he texted me the dash need to be pulled. I called at noon and was told the car would be ready by close of business. When asked what that meant he told me 5:00. At 4:00 PM I was at the dealership only to find my car dashboard, seats and all electronics were on the floor. The advisor was going to call me later in the day to tell me it was delayed. He could not and would not give specifics as to the nature of the repair and time to resolve. THIS DEALERSHIP SERVICE DEPARTMENT SUCKS !!!! Advisor is Derrick, service manager came out to talk but could not explain poor communications. More
BUYER BEWARE! !!!!!! I have had my used vehicle for just over a year and have had to put THOUSANDS of dollars into it. I understand a used vehicle may require some !!!!!! I have had my used vehicle for just over a year and have had to put THOUSANDS of dollars into it. I understand a used vehicle may require some maintenance however in such a short time frame this is unacceptable. That car was over 10 grand! extremely overpriced. Plus they claimed they put a new battery and brakes on. That was clearly a lie! I had to replace both in barley over a year!!!!!!!! Extremely unhappy. Will never go to this place again!!!! More
If it wasn’t for the good sales department I would give them a lower review, the service department is lack luster to say the least. Took my truck in for warranty work. As soon as I picked it up and drove home issue replicated. Was supposed to be contacted for a new appointment. Left multiple phone messages to advisor and service manager that have yet to be returned 3 weeks later. Took to another dealer and it was fixed in 1 day. Will not be taking any vehicle back to their service center. More
