My 2010 Fusion was due for a 3,ooo mile service. When I called the service department to schedule the work I was asked when would be a convenient time for me. When I arrived I was met by the service person on duty,Jon Case.He was very courteous and friendly. I gave him the car keys and signed some papers and took a seat in the waiting room. When the car was finished he brought the keys to me and told me there was no charge because of the number of prior services I had through the dealership.I went to the cashier to check out. She was polite and friendly. It was a very satisfying experience; fast friendly and well done. I have been to the dealership several times in the past and have always been well satisfied which is why I continue to go back there when my car needs attention and why I gave them a great rating. I was waiting until we returned from Memphis visiting relatives to give the review. I knew the transmission would be given a good test traveling over a thousand miles and it passed with "flying colors" relatives to give the review. My agency’s employee organization had its annual convention in Asheville earlier this month. I took my mom, aunt, and cousin with me, and then went touring around the mountains in my new 2011 Ford convention in Asheville earlier this month. They put ‘em out the window and squealed like the pig on tv. It was hilarious! LEVI JONES HELPED TO MAKE THIS DREAM COME TRUE FOR ME and “my ladies”! They were one of the biggest reasons for my getting a good traveling vehicle. This was my first experience at buying a vehicle. My husband usually takes care of those details. Levi Jones answered all my questions, was amazingly helpful, and very easy to talk to. He made my first car buying experience an enjoyable one, an informative one, and one my family is very happy to hear about. I've been looking for the right vehicle for about two years. Working with Jon was a pleasant experience. He is a very customer oriented person. He told the mechanic about a set of keys that had dropped underneath the cup holders (that fold down when not in use) and customer oriented person. He told the mechanic about a set of keys that had dropped underneath the cup holders (that fold down when not in use) and the mechanic was able to retrieve them with a strong magnet at no charge to me. Otherwise it would have been about $80.00 to remove the center console to get the keys which I had told Jon that I would pass on at this time. So when Jon gave me the the lost keys it was a nice surprise. On the other hand I thought the labor charge of $185.00 for about 1 1/2 hours work was very high. This was to replace a broken interior drivers side door handle on a 2000 Lincoln LS. I was told the day before they could see where it was broken without taking the door apart so I assumed there was no labor charge here. Dave Albert More
I have purchased 2 cars from Burns Ford in the last 24 months. One used and one new. Could not have asked for a nicer sales staff when purchasing this car. Took my time making a decision and they did not hurry or push me in any direction. I have had all my cars serviced at Burns Ford: a Jeep, a Chevy and a Ford. They are great with all makes and models and never say an ill word toward a competitor’s brand. After purchasing my new Ford Fusion, I had a few concerns with the SYNC system. The service department staff is WONDERFUL! They have contacted Ford for warranty work and I know we’ll fix this issue. Friendly and genuinely concerned with each customer. If all company’s located in Lancaster had customer service as good as Burns Ford, I would never have to leave Lancaster. Keep up the good work and the great customer service. More
The service dept. was awsome as usual. We bought our ford out of state and they treat us like an old friend. We brought the car in for a simple oil change and they went over it like a NASCAR pit stop. They t out of state and they treat us like an old friend. My mom went to Burns to check out the new Fusion and see if she would like to purchase one. Mr. Carl Raffaldt showed her the vehicles and took the time to help her find a vehicle that she liked. She thought about which one she wanted for a day or so and went back to see Mr. Raffaldt who set her up with the car she wanted and took very good care of her. She loves her new Fusion and was very impressed with all of the people she dealt with. I would recommend this dealership and when my family is in the market for a new car you had better believe we will be stopping by Burns Ford. More
