Levi provided a wonderful car buying experience. I spotted the truck on Auto Trader.com and, after exchanging an email or two, made an appointment to see it. I did my homework using KBB and NADA and found the asking price to be a little high but certainly within the point of starting serious negotiations. After meeting Levi and driving the truck, I told him that I would have to bring my wife down to see it before making any decision. At this point he presented a VERY fair offer that I was tempted to accept on the spot but, wanting to keep my marriage happy, I decided to just wait until my wife drove it. The Out-the-door proposal was within a very few dollars of where I had hoped to end up. I feel we were treated very well and very fairly. When it is time to replace my wife's car, this dealership and, hopefully Levi will be my first (and probably last) stop in our search. Wonderful experience! More

Of all the dealerships and personnel we have dealt with over the years, this was our best experience by far. We flew from Elmira, NY to Charlotte, NC and Levi had a driver waiting to pick us up at the airport. When we got the the dealership our car was sitting outside looking so shiny and we were so excited to get things moving. Levi had all the paperwork ready for us to sign and off we went on our trip back to PA. Levi even contacted us to make sure that we arrived safely and that everything was okay with our trip. The truck has been hesitating while driving. During the first visit the diagnosis was and repair was made $400+ was spent. However, after pick-up I returned immediately as the truck still had the problem. first visit the diagnosis was and repair was made $400+ was spent. However, after pick-up I returned immediately as the truck still had the problem. The service director was gracious enough to take the time to ride with me and observed the issue. It took another week but they were able to resolve the issue as of this date. Nothing was under warranty. Due to the inconvenience I was not charged for the additional diagnosis and repair. At the time my other vehicle (not a Ford) developed serious mechanical problems too. What Jon and Al and staff did helped me in more ways that I can express. This was a blessing in more ways than one. I will return and have additional service. More

I dealt with this dealer 870 miles away because they just happened to have EXACTLY what I was looking for in a NEW Ranger. I was hesitant but went ahead and flew one-way ("what if ...??") But their customer service it the BEST I have ever encountered in 47 years and owning 114 vehicles ... 12 at this moment. Best price I could possibly find (as much as $2000 less than other quotes!), responded to my questions, picked me up on time at the airport, took my personal check, full fuel tank, friendly yet 100% professional, truck was all set and ready to roll, paperwork ready, no last minute attempt to extort more $$$.
