Warranty work for 2007 Suburban LTZ Brought my 2007 Suburban LTZ in for a few miscellaneous items needing repair. I purchased the used vehicle from Burns back in 2013 along with extended Brought my 2007 Suburban LTZ in for a few miscellaneous items needing repair. I purchased the used vehicle from Burns back in 2013 along with extended warranty (also from Burns). The warranty has served me well with great coverage, along with fantastic accommodations from Burns when service was required. My most recent visit (Oct. 2016) required inspection from warranty inspector considering amount of work needed (ie; cruise control, rear hatch motor, sway bar bushings, etc.). Although warranty inspection is 24-48 hrs., inspection was complete within 24. Burns provided me everything documented within my warranty coverage (which I thoroughly investigated prior to purchase). No disappointing surprises! I was provided a loaner vehicle immediately along with daily updates of ordered parts and/or progress of repairs. Once complete, I received immediate notification for pick-up. Once again, no surprises. Warranty deductible and non-warranty cost were exactly as stated from my Service Consultant (Chris) when vehicle entered service department. Chris has been my primary contact over 3 warranty service visits in three years. Great experience every visit. My Suburban has been worth every dime invested and Burns has been a large contributor for my vehicle performance/longevity at great value. More

Recent Vehicle Purchase, Great Experience I was looking for a certified pre-owned lowish mileage Suburban and located one at Burns Chevrolet. I went to the lot and looked the vehicle over and I was looking for a certified pre-owned lowish mileage Suburban and located one at Burns Chevrolet. I went to the lot and looked the vehicle over and no salesperson approached me my first visit. I went back again a couple of days later and was matched up with Andrew Mueller by the receptionist. Although it was almost 100 degrees outside, Andrew took let me take my time opening and closing doors and compartments, and answering questions. He moved things along at a pace that was comfortable for me without pressuring me to sign this and that and let me come to the decision of purchasing at my own speed. I truly appreciated this and also the fact that Andrew followed through with everything we agreed on in a timely manner. So far I am tickled with my new-to-me Suburban and would have no problem at all sending someone to see Andrew and let him help them with their vehicle search. More
Sales will sell you a warranty that service department doesn Bought a new Malibu last summer then I was sold an extended warranty that the finance guy told me covered any and everything that went wrong with my c Bought a new Malibu last summer then I was sold an extended warranty that the finance guy told me covered any and everything that went wrong with my car except tires and brakes So my voltage regulator is going out and I call the service department to schedule an appointment to get it fixed and they tell me it's not covered under the warranty I was sold that the finance guy told me it covered anything that might go wrong with the car for 100,000 miles except tires and brakes. So I would not recommend buying anything from burns and especially don't trust the finance department they'll sell you warranties that are suppose to cover things only to find out the warranty covers nothing Dissatisfied customer Ray Faile Rock hill sc More

Water Leak Repairs Failed-Does Not Stand By Work Water leak repair on Cadillac CTS has failed three times, after it was "repaired" by Burns Cadillac. The first two repairs, the car was still in warranty. The third repair, car is approximately 5k out of warranty. This third time, the car was taken in for water leaking again into the trunk filling the spare tire well, and it has now resulted in a HIGH HIGH level of mold in the car. So with the car 5k out of warranty and a week and half later, the "repair" has now cost us $1200.00. If this repair fails, there will likely be some legal action taken on our part. Car owners beware -- Burns makes "bad repairs" at tremendous costs to the customer, then does not stand by their repair work, costing the customer out the rear end. We will not use Burns again, and suggest no one else does either, for any GM car repairs. More
My complaint against Burns Chevrolet is the false vehicle information provided. I specifically searched for a non-smoking vehicle, and they listed the car I purchased as such. My vehicle is extremely nice and rides wonderfully, but this was a SMOKER'S car. I had the cabin air filter replaced, and it looked like a cigarette - disgusting. I have tried several remedies to remove the cigarette smell. The dealership treated the vehicle as well. Unfortunately for me and my family, we have a beautiful car that will always smell like smoke. Since I bought it used, I am stuck with the purchase. Please be extremely careful to verify the truth of their advertising. I WILL NEVER buy another vehicle from this dealership!!!! More
