Good Service I needed to get my oil changed and I tried to make an on-line appointment. I was no able to make it because when I selected that I was going to wait I needed to get my oil changed and I tried to make an on-line appointment. I was no able to make it because when I selected that I was going to wait for my car I got unacceptable times but if I selected drop-off I got an OK time. I called the service dept. and left a message and the standard message I received was that I would be called in an hour. I was not contacted so I called a service desk member and he said that they openings that afternoon. I arrived and the service was performed. More
