When I have called to schedule even just an oil change multiple times the latest appointment they said is available ever is like 2:00 and that's ridiculous. I have to ask to speak to a manager before they will give me a 3:00 appointment or a Saturday appointment. More

Routine oil, filter, tire rotation & air filter check. I had a routine oil, filter & tire rotation. I had my air filter checked. When I left, my check engine light came on. Found out that the air filter I had a routine oil, filter & tire rotation. I had my air filter checked. When I left, my check engine light came on. Found out that the air filter was not put back properly. JP Munn corrected the problem and Kurt reset my check engine light. The service tech needs to be more careful. More
