Found out that the air filter I had a routine oil, filter & tire rotation. I had my air filter checked. When I left, my check engine light came on. Found out that the air filter was not put back properly. JP Munn corrected the problem and Kurt reset my check engine light. The service tech needs to be more careful. More

Good Service I needed to get my oil changed and I tried to make an on-line appointment. I was no able to make it because when I selected that I was going to wait I needed to get my oil changed and I tried to make an on-line appointment. I was no able to make it because when I selected that I was going to wait for my car I got unacceptable times but if I selected drop-off I got an OK time. I called the service dept. and left a message and the standard message I received was that I would be called in an hour. I was not contacted so I called a service desk member and he said that they openings that afternoon. I arrived and the service was performed. More
