That is not only appreciated but expected. There was a problem David wanted to address that was not a concern to me. it was to him. It was a dealership problem to him. While taking care of my current need, he fixed the other issue at n/c. My only ??? is why did you take the "goal" sign for Burns down? It was in service waiting room. It read something like "Our Goal Is To Exceed The Customers Expectations". He certainly did this. This was certainly done in my case. More
