I recently purchased a 2017 Cadillac XT5. This is my second purchase of a Cadillac at Burns, the first time being in 2013. I appreciate Donald Beam, who was extremely professional and pleasant to work with. He is an asset to your dealership, and I will recommend to my friends that they look at Burns when purchasing a new vehicle, and I will certainly recommend that they work with Don. More

I WAS BURNED BY BURNS DO NOT BUY FROM BURNS CHEVY IN ROCK HILL, SC I am a senior citizen woman that was promised a $1770.06 personal check from BURNS after the closing o DO NOT BUY FROM BURNS CHEVY IN ROCK HILL, SC I am a senior citizen woman that was promised a $1770.06 personal check from BURNS after the closing of my sale when I purchased my new vehicle. I verbally was told by the GM manager, Charles Beard, that he stated “ I could pick up my check at the dealership”. I reconfirmed with both my sales rep., Madison and finance mgr., Jason that they would call me when the check was ready. I waited 9 days after purchasing the vehicle to call about my check. Both Madison and Charles spoke to me at that time stating that there was no check promised to me and that the money was applied to my 6 month early turn in leasing. Charles Beard was very rude and tried his sales pitch but I was determined to let him know all 3 men lied to me with not following thru their promise with the car deal. I told Charles that I was violated my all 3 of them at Burns. Another lie that Charles said on the phone at that time, was that GM picked up my car already when I told him that I would return his new vehicle and wanted my lease car back. Immediately after talking with him, I contacted GM and was told that GM would never pick up the car. The vehicle would now be property of BURNS. AGAIN LIER CHARLES. He said I could not return the car and elaborated that he would turn me into a collection agency and my credit report would be damaged. I had a very knowledgeable financial manager look over both of my contracts. Yes, I was promised a 3.20 interested rate originally which did not go thru. A week later, I returned to sign new paperwork with a 4.19 interest rate with another bank. The dealership had to take an approximate $500 cut from the sale to make my monthly payments the same. BURNS totally burned me with what was apparently sales tactics that will not work with me. I guess their name says it all: BURN WHO EVER YOU CAN TO GET A SALE .
