All car dealers should operate like this I purchased a spectacular used Suburban for a particularly good price that could almost pass as a new vehicle. As a matter of fact, my coworkers thoug I purchased a spectacular used Suburban for a particularly good price that could almost pass as a new vehicle. As a matter of fact, my coworkers thought it was new! Burns made the deal on my terms and gave me exactly what I wanted for my trade. The sales department was excellent, the Finance Manager was very professional, polite and knowledgeable, very good at his job. The vehicle did have a few issues, Burns has so far taken care of every one of them at their own expense and they also provided a loaner vehicle while the repairs were completed. The service advisor, Chris Neil was also very professional, knowledgeable and polite.This is by far the most professional car buying experience I have ever had. Burns had definitely earned my business. More

I recently purchased a 2017 Cadillac XT5. This is my second purchase of a Cadillac at Burns, the first time being in 2013. Both times, I had a good experience with the sales staff, whom I found to be ho second purchase of a Cadillac at Burns, the first time being in 2013. Both times, I had a good experience with the sales staff, whom I found to be honest and non-pressuring when it came to making a decision. I appreciate Donald Beam, who was extremely professional and pleasant to work with. He is an asset to your dealership, and I will recommend to my friends that they look at Burns when purchasing a new vehicle, and I will certainly recommend that they work with Don. More

I WAS BURNED BY BURNS DO NOT BUY FROM BURNS CHEVY IN ROCK HILL, SC I am a senior citizen woman that was promised a $1770.06 personal check from BURNS after the closing o DO NOT BUY FROM BURNS CHEVY IN ROCK HILL, SC I am a senior citizen woman that was promised a $1770.06 personal check from BURNS after the closing of my sale when I purchased my new vehicle. I verbally was told by the GM manager, Charles Beard, that he stated “ I could pick up my check at the dealership”. I reconfirmed with both my sales rep., Madison and finance mgr., Jason that they would call me when the check was ready. I waited 9 days after purchasing the vehicle to call about my check. Both Madison and Charles spoke to me at that time stating that there was no check promised to me and that the money was applied to my 6 month early turn in leasing. Charles Beard was very rude and tried his sales pitch but I was determined to let him know all 3 men lied to me with not following thru their promise with the car deal. I told Charles that I was violated my all 3 of them at Burns. Another lie that Charles said on the phone at that time, was that GM picked up my car already when I told him that I would return his new vehicle and wanted my lease car back. Immediately after talking with him, I contacted GM and was told that GM would never pick up the car. The vehicle would now be property of BURNS. AGAIN LIER CHARLES. He said I could not return the car and elaborated that he would turn me into a collection agency and my credit report would be damaged. I had a very knowledgeable financial manager look over both of my contracts. Yes, I was promised a 3.20 interested rate originally which did not go thru. A week later, I returned to sign new paperwork with a 4.19 interest rate with another bank. The dealership had to take an approximate $500 cut from the sale to make my monthly payments the same. BURNS totally burned me with what was apparently sales tactics that will not work with me. I guess their name says it all: BURN WHO EVER YOU CAN TO GET A SALE . STAY AWAY FROM BURNS CHEVY AT 2515 CHERRY ROAD, ROCK HILL, SC 29732 I WANT MY $1770.06 CHECK THAT WAS PROMISED TO ME FROM BURNS CHEVY. More
