As a matter of fact, my coworkers thought it was new! Burns made the deal on my terms and gave me exactly what I wanted for my trade. The sales department was excellent, the Finance Manager was very professional, polite and knowledgeable, very good at his job. The vehicle did have a few issues, Burns has so far taken care of every one of them at their own expense and they also provided a loaner vehicle while the repairs were completed. The service advisor, Chris Neil was also very professional, knowledgeable and polite.This is by far the most professional car buying experience I have ever had.
