After doing a lot of research on new vehicles, we liked the look of the Hyundai Tuscon. I TOOK THE FERRY ACROSS,ON FOOT, FROM PLATTSBURGH, AND LIZ, MET ME IN MY NEW CAR, AT THE FERRY LANDING! I HAD A CHANCE TO DRIVE THE CAR BACK TO THE SHOWROOM, WHERE I GOT TO MEET BILL, THE SALES MANAGER, AND RICH, THE FINANCIAL OFFICER. BECAUSE, THIS WAS MY FIRST TRIP TO THE SHOWROOM, THE PAPERWORK AND OTHER PROCEDURES TOOK A LITTLE BIT MORE TIME, THAN I EXPECTED, BUT I WAS ON MY WAY BACK HOME, IN DUE TIME. FOLLOWING MY TRIP BACK HOME, AND AFTER DUE DELIBERATION OVER THE WEEKEND, ON THE EXTRA WARRANTEE SERVICES, I HAD SIGNED UP FOR, ON FRIDAY, I DECIDED TO CANCEL SOME OF THE SERVICES OFFERED. UPON MY REQUEST FOR A CHANGE IN OUR AGREEMENT, BILL AND RICH, WERE VERY ACCOMODATING AND RESPECTFUL, THANKFULLY, AND AFTER, A QUICK TRIP BACK TO BURLINGTON, AND MEETING WITH RICH, I RETURNED HOME, WITH A BRAND NEW REVISED CONTRACT, AND DEEP SATISFACTION AND RELIEF, WITH THE WAY THE WHOLE AFFAIR WAS HANDLED! THEIR FRIENDLINESS AND PROFESSIONALISM WAS REFRESHING, AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE, FROM THE NEW YORK SIDE OF THE LAKE, WHO IS INTERESTED IN A NEW CAR! More

A lot of the negotiating and communication was done via email-this was especially helpful, as I was able to work out the details of my lease while at work. Not a lot of others have offered this, and it sets Burlington Hyundai apart from the rest. Ryan was great in that he was eager, yet not "pushy." I did not feel like I was getting pushed around or given the run-around-his approach and business sense was a perfect fit for me. Bill was also outstanding, and very friendly and approachable. He was readily available at all times (even while he was traveling). I would absolutely recommend this dealership to everyone that I know, and will do so going forward. Lastly, I love my new car! It is wonderful, and I am confident that Burlington Hyundai will continue to provide excellent service throughout my lease. I can't believe how great my new car is! Thank you. P.S. I had an absolute terrible experience with Burlington Hyundai. At first, everything seemed great - Beth was extremely friendly and semi helpful. Everything was great and exciting - I was even on the computer switching my car insurance. Then Beth came over and very nonchalantly told me she made a mistake with the vehicle price and couldn't offer me what they just had 5 minutes earlier. I was about to purchase my dream car for a price I could absolutely afford and all I got was an "I'm so sorry". They didn't even offer to work with me further since they made the mistake. I walked out carless and will never do business with them in the future - nor will any of my friends and family members. More

The experience was great. I called on Friday and we met with Richard on Saturday. The car looks great, has low mileage and would fill our needs.We had owned an Elantra in the past and we very comfortable with Richard on Saturday. We had planned on picking up the car after work on Monday, Richard called to let us know that someone else was interested and was going to be there at 3pm. We made arrangements and got there before the other people and got the car that we wanted. Richard went over everything in the car with us and made sure that we did not have any questions before we left. I see us coming back and doing business with Richard again. The person in the business department that secured our loan was also amazing. There have been some financial problems in the last few years and he was able to get us a loan in the price range that we wanted that included gap insurance. He even got us an extended warranty to boot. It was a quick and painless process for two people that really HATE to shop for a vehicle. Only one thing, ths e-mail has the wrong name for my husband.
