This was my second car that I have bought from Burlington Hyundai. This car purchase went well. The color I wanted was not on the lot so they found one in a different state. I was not initially looking at a Hyuandi vehicle, but saw a Sonata on the road, read up on it, and decided that while it was't a hybrid it's fuel economy + looks made it a viable option for us. I intially contacted the dealer via the web, and was impressed that Bill the sales manager was monitoring web traffic and got back in touch with me right away. He was my intial contact the first time I came in to look at the car, and as it was a long process and I came back a few times I began to work with Joel. To be honest the professionalism, tone, and follow-through of those two individuals was one of the reason I ended up with a Hyuandi. They kept in touch the right amount - not too pushy but interested - and clearly demonsrated high standards of cusomter service. In particular I appreciated how Joel updates his voice mail every day - it's a small thing, but you know what to expect and that he and this dealership are always looking out for the customer. When we finalized the deal and it happened to be the same busy week as the start of school and the start of a new job, they went so far as to deliver the vehicle to our driveway. They were GREAT to work with every step of the way - and that's why I rated them so highly! More

However, when the payment came in higher than I thought I could afford, Sales Manager Bill Kapernik completed the deal with such care and finesse -- I could not have asked for more.
