Friendly people, great service and they really helped my wife and myself out after a long a drawn out loss of our previous car (also a hyundai - had a tucson for 3 months). In fact, I cant imaging dealing with anyone else. Best car buying experience ever for one of the greatest cars I have ever driven....the 2011 Sonata is in a class by itself. Thank you all again. We were just "looking" for a new car. I was not initially looking at a Hyuandi vehicle, but saw a Sonata on the road, read up on it, and decided that while it was't a hybrid it's fuel economy + looks made it a viable option for us. I intially contacted the dealer via the web, and was impressed that Bill the sales manager was monitoring web traffic and got back in touch with me right away. He was my intial contact the first time I came in to look at the car, and as it was a long process and I came back a few times I began to work with Joel. To be honest the professionalism, tone, and follow-through of those two individuals was one of the reason I ended up with a Hyuandi. They kept in touch the right amount - not too pushy but interested - and clearly demonsrated high standards of cusomter service. In particular I appreciated how Joel updates his voice mail every day - it's a small thing, but you know what to expect and that he and this dealership are always looking out for the customer. When we finalized the deal and it happened to be the same busy week as the start of school and the start of a new job, they went so far as to deliver the vehicle to our driveway. They were GREAT to work with every step of the way - and that's why I rated them so highly! More

I was so pleased to have someone as professional and friendly work with me on the purchase of my beautiful used Hyundai Santa Fe as Joel Gelinas. I love the car and it is such fun to drive. Joel was considerate of my strained financial situation and offered me the best deal he could. However, when the payment came in higher than I thought I could afford, Sales Manager Bill Kapernik completed the deal with such care and finesse -- I could not have asked for more. I would highly recommed this dealership due to their cooperative, friendly and professional attitudes. There was not any pressure and no hassling me to make a deal. I believe they truly wanted me to be comfortable in the car I chose which is a pleasure these days. This is a friendly, no hassle dealership with great vehicles. I had to get a different car due to an accident.I looked at Honda Accord, and Toyota Camry and the 2011 Sonata. He listed to what i needed and made it happen.I will be back when my daughter needs to upgrade her Suzuki SX4. Ryan was helpful and friendly in showing us the vehicles and answering our questions. I know he's relatively new and working on the Hyundai side, but one way to improve would be for him to continue to learn and answering our questions. The price negotiation process by fairly smooth, though I did feel that the tone of that conversation could have been a little more respectful of where we were coming from as consumers. I understand the desire to sell and to sell at a certain price. Reference to the state of the vehicle the customer drove to the dealership, as tempting as it is from a negotiation standpoint, should be avoided. Also, when presenting the warranty options, it would be good to be more clear about the warranty still left on the vehicle, if that is the case. Thanks to everyone for being so patient with our vocal one year old! More
