Beth was right there everytime I came in, at the door to greet me sometimes outside. She was very helpful in getting what I wanted in a vehicle. After doing a lot of research on new vehicles, we liked the look of the Hyundai Tuscon. THEY WERE THE FIRST FOLKS TO MAKE CONTACT WITH ME, WHEN I WENT ONLINE, WITH MY INQUIRIES ABOUT A NEW CAR, AT THE BEGINNING OF SUMMER; LIZ, MY INTERNET SALESPER THE FIRST FOLKS TO MAKE CONTACT WITH ME, WHEN I WENT ONLINE, WITH MY INQUIRIES ABOUT A NEW CAR, AT THE BEGINNING OF SUMMER; LIZ, MY INTERNET SALESPERSON, STAYED WITH ME, THROUGHOUT MY SEARCH, FOR THE CAR, I WANTED! THEY MET MY "BEST PRICE" EXPECTATIONS ON THE NEW 2011 SONATA LIMITED, IN CAMEL PEARL, I FINALLY CHOSE, AND, ALTHOUGH THEY DID NOT HAVE THE MODEL, IN THE SHOWROOM, THEY SEARCHED, AND FOUND IT AT A DEALER IN ANOTHER STATE, PICKED IT UP, AND DELIVERED IT BACK TO BURLINGTON, SO I COULD COME AND GET IT, WITHIN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME! I TOOK THE FERRY ACROSS,ON FOOT, FROM PLATTSBURGH, AND LIZ, MET ME IN MY NEW CAR, AT THE FERRY LANDING! I HAD A CHANCE TO DRIVE THE CAR BACK TO THE SHOWROOM, WHERE I GOT TO MEET BILL, THE SALES MANAGER, AND RICH, THE FINANCIAL OFFICER. BECAUSE, THIS WAS MY FIRST TRIP TO THE SHOWROOM, THE PAPERWORK AND OTHER PROCEDURES TOOK A LITTLE BIT MORE TIME, THAN I EXPECTED, BUT I WAS ON MY WAY BACK HOME, IN DUE TIME. FOLLOWING MY TRIP BACK HOME, AND AFTER DUE DELIBERATION OVER THE WEEKEND, ON THE EXTRA WARRANTEE SERVICES, I HAD SIGNED UP FOR, ON FRIDAY, I DECIDED TO CANCEL SOME OF THE SERVICES OFFERED. UPON MY REQUEST FOR A CHANGE IN OUR AGREEMENT, BILL AND RICH, WERE VERY ACCOMODATING AND RESPECTFUL, THANKFULLY, AND AFTER, A QUICK TRIP BACK TO BURLINGTON, AND MEETING WITH RICH, I RETURNED HOME, WITH A BRAND NEW REVISED CONTRACT, AND DEEP SATISFACTION AND RELIEF, WITH THE WAY THE WHOLE AFFAIR WAS HANDLED! I felt that the process was thorough and quick, which I really appreciate! A lot of the negotiating and communication was done via email-this was especially helpful, as I was able to work out the details of my lease while at work. Not a lot of others have offered this, and it sets Burlington Hyundai apart from the rest. Ryan was great in that he was eager, yet not "pushy." I did not feel like I was getting pushed around or given the run-around-his approach and business sense was a perfect fit for me. Bill was also outstanding, and very friendly and approachable. He was readily available at all times (even while he was traveling). I would absolutely recommend this dealership to everyone that I know, and will do so going forward. Lastly, I love my new car! It is wonderful, and I am confident that Burlington Hyundai will continue to provide excellent service throughout my lease. I can't believe how great my new car is! Thank you. P.S.
