Servtce Department I brought my car in for 3 Recalls on Wed 08/15 after 5pm, received a loner and left. I alerted them that I may need a battery. I get a call Thursday and it was the battery and it can be replaced for $150.00 Well I brought in my own battery, paid $21.95 plus tax to install. States right on paperwork in "Sara" hand writing..."WASH! " I can't believe the New battery dropped in space, terminals full of gunk from old and car looks like sprayed with hose! Their going to bill Mazda for the 3 recalls and the loaner, Sorry I didn't pay $150.00 for your battery Nathan P. (Mechanic), but a rookie cleans battery posts before placing in a new battery! And for the wash....nice perk as your being gouged! I Will NEVER enter Drivers village again! Those TV testimonials reflect sales experience, after the sale is a crap shoot! Auto industry over 30 years! More

Poor business tactics Tried out Mazda CX-5 grand tour around April. Got pricing and information about future lease. Went back to talk with sales associate about leasing veh Tried out Mazda CX-5 grand tour around April. Got pricing and information about future lease. Went back to talk with sales associate about leasing vehicle. Jeff LaBorde unfortunately was the sales person I dealt with. The cost per month of the lease went up approximately 50$ more per month. The reason for the price increase was a trunk that was motion detected. I was also told that the only interior available was black. "You can't always get what you want" was told to me when asking for light interior. Needless to say business was made elsewhere. The place I'm currently leasing from was able to get me what I wanted for interior. I also learned that Mazda does not have a motion detected trunk. So the price increase was a lie and misleading. I do wonder how sales associates make money when they lie to customers and will not negotiate pricing. Perhaps the employees at Burdick need to be educated about vehicles they are selling. Or perhaps need to be spoken to about trying to scam customers. More

They sold us the test driven one and said it was the lot vehicle. Vehicle was in for repairs after 10 hrs of owning it. For 3 days. Overall. Never again with that dealership More
