When I got a call back when I had called to schedule, the lady was rude. I couldn't get off the phone fast enough w/ her. This is my second rude encounter over the phone and once in person. I got lucky the last time I went in, she was nice... This time. It was hard for me to click yes. The labor price is crazy for rear differential fluid exchange, mass air flow sensor cleaning & changing air filter. I paid over $400 on these services. They didn't mention the $200 dollar labor fee in the form they sent me via text. More
