When I got a call back when I had called to schedule, the lady was rude. I couldn't get off the phone fast enough w/ her. This is my second rude encounter over the phone and once in person. The labor price is crazy for rear differential fluid exchange, mass air flow sensor cleaning & changing air filter. I paid over $400 on these services. They didn't mention the $200 dollar labor fee in the form they sent me via text. More

She was responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. One thing we really appreciated was how quickly she sent us a detailed video of the vehicle and unlike many other videos we received from other dealerships, she actually had the vehicle running and took the time to thoroughly go over everything. That extra effort made a huge difference for us as we were over an hour and a half away. She was transparent, easy to communicate with, and never made us feel pressured. The entire experience felt smooth and straightforward, which we really valued while making such a big purchase.
