Recall problem I brought my car in because it had been leaking fuel. Come to find out it was on a recall list. My car gave them some trouble but they handled everyth I brought my car in because it had been leaking fuel. Come to find out it was on a recall list. My car gave them some trouble but they handled everything very well. Erin made sure that I was kept up to date with everything going on. They did offer a courtesy car but I wasn't 25 so that was the only downfall. However everything was great! I now have a safe car to drive and have my child in! More

Good experience, some flaws. The lead service guy, not Remi, was outstanding. I dealt with Remi(?) in service last time and he presented me with a service report that was fraudul The lead service guy, not Remi, was outstanding. I dealt with Remi(?) in service last time and he presented me with a service report that was fraudulent in too many ways to count. It was very clean. At least two cushions on the chairs were in need of repair. TV didn't appear to work. If it did, not one person came over to offer to help me figure out how to turn it on. Men's bathroom was out of toilet paper and needed a good wipe down. No one came by and said hello or asked if I needed anything while I waited. The woman next to me noticed the same thing but said it was still better than the Subaru in Baton Rouge. I expected better. I didn't deal with Greg Bourgeois. It wouldn't let me submit if I didn't put an employee on the checked list. More
